Out of the bids I received to replace my roof and gutters North Creek was the most competitive. They were able to start within a week and the roof replacement on my smaller roof only took two days from tear off to completion. The gutters were done in one day. They were on time and did what they said they would do. They removed the dumpster immediately and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work seems fine and the suggestions for helping my attic ventilation have worked. 6/10

Chris came out and took a look at the water damage inside and at the roof. He did not find any specific damage to the roof that would have been causing the leak, but there was some debris that could be rerouting water. Chris was extremely professional and told me about what needed to be done. He offered to come back out and fix the problem if there are any further issues. I would definitely recommend him to people and will most certainly call him for future roofing needs. 6/10

I asked for bids from four companies. Josh Cameron of North Creek Roofing came out. He called to let me know that he was going to be late for our appointment due to traffic. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. I very much enjoyed talking to him and asking him questions. He handed me photos of our old roof and a detailed bid right on the spot before he left. North Creek's bid came in below all of the other bids, so we decided to go with them. They came as scheduled and did the whole job in a couple of days. They cleaned up well each day before they left. Overall it was a good experience. 6/10

I had a shake roof replaced with 3 tab composition shingles. The estimate was given quickly, work completed on time and there were no surprise add-ons. The crew came exactly when expected and left the area clean. It went very well, start to finish. 5/10

North Creek is great. Unlike a competitor I had contacted, they were very responsive to my estimate request, arrived on time, and wrote up an accurate and complete estimate on site. They were able to complete the work 1-2 days later to take advantage of the good weather. 3/10

The job went extremely well from fist contact and estimate by their representative, to the final clean up. It is a small house/roof, but the coordination with the solar panel installation made it a little more complicated. The project manager contacted me with the details of when everything would happen and it all worked as planned. 11/09

Estimator came out right away and took detailed pictures of the area to be repaired. Was emailed a bid within a few hours. Before they could actually do the job it started to rain and they took time out of their day to come out to cover up the skylight. Job was done earlier than they had told us it would be. Workers were punctual and polite and got the job done effieciently. 10/09

For a roofing company I was shocked at how professional they were. I've had no problems with the roof, it's just beautiful. They are just a first rate company. 9/10

I got estimates from three different companies. While North Creek's estimate came in between the other two, I chose North Creek because they impressed me the most. Dan arrived on time to give a free estimate. He was very helpful and professional. We received a written estimate next day via email, and in regular mail the day following. The estimate included a large list of references. They communicated very well with us as project time approached. The materials arrived on time. A dumpster arrived the day before. John the project manager kept us updated on the crew arrival time. The work was accomplished very well, and quite efficiently. The job was finished on time with no problems. The dumpster was removed promptly. The roof looks great. 7/09
