1. How long have you been in the business and what type of licensing do you hold?

Dan McNeely, the owner and operator of North Creek Roofing, Inc. is a fully licensed contractor by the State of Washington. Dan has been in the roofing industry for the past thirty years.

2. Where are you located and what area do you service?

Our office is located in Bothell, Washington. Our base area of service is King and Snohomish Counties. However, we do occasionally travel to other areas upon customers request.

3. What type of insurance coverage do you hold?

North Creek Roofing Inc., is fully licenced, bonded and insured. We have Workers Compensation with the Department of Labor and Industry. You can check us out at www.wa.gov/lni/home/access.htm. With all our estimates we provide a copy of our Liability Insurance and Bond.

4. Can you supply a few customer references?

With all of our estimates we provide a list of customer references with names, addresses and phone numbers. If you would prefer to have that list prior to receiving an estimate, we will send a list of references upon request.

5. How and when do I make a payment for the roof once I have accepted your estimate?

At North Creek Roofing Inc., we receive half of your payment upon start and half on completion of your roofing project. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Finacing is available upon approved credit approval.

6. I have decided to hire North Creek Roofing Inc. for my roofing project. What is the next step?

Once you have decided to hire North Creek Roofing, Inc. as your roofing contractor, mail in a copy of your signed proposal.  When we have received your signed proposal, we will schedule your roofing project and notify you of your approximate scheduled start date.  We look forward to working with you on your roofing project.
